InfoComm 2026 Highlights: Collaboration, AI and Innovation

Written by Julie Waidzulis | Jun 30, 2026 5:00:56 PM

InfoComm 2026 took place June 10–18 in Las Vegas, highlighting the theme “A Defining Year for AI, Work, and Experience.” The event emphasized the expanding role of artificial intelligence, workplace collaboration tools, and immersive live event technologies shaping the future of the pro AV industry.

A team from Profound Technologies was on site to connect with manufacturer partners, strengthen industry relationships, and participate in key networking events, including the Yealink InfoComm Reception at F1 Arcade in Caesar's Palace and the Logitech Partner Celebration at the Grand Prix Plaza.

A Strong Focus on AI-Driven Collaboration

"One of the biggest themes at InfoComm this year was the integration of AI across nearly every aspect of AV technology. We saw AI built into networked microphones, audio processors, conferencing cameras, and UCC compute platforms, making meeting spaces smarter and easier to use. AI is dramatically improving camera tracking, automatic framing, presenter following, and multi-camera switching without the need for complex programming. On the audio side, it's enhancing microphone performance through automatic EQ, background noise reduction, echo and reverberation suppression, allowing remote participants to hear in-room speakers more clearly. We're also seeing manufacturers introduce AI-powered room assistance that helps users operate systems and troubleshoot common issues on their own. While many of these capabilities are still evolving, it's exciting to see how AI is shaping the future of collaboration and creating more intuitive, reliable meeting experiences for our clients." Below are several standout AI-enabled products featured on the show floor:

Logitech Rally Plus AI & AI Pro

Logitech introduced a new camera series designed as the next evolution of the Rally platform, including the Rally Plus AI and AI Pro. The AI Pro model features a pan-tilt-zoom camera attachment mounted on top of the unit for enhanced flexibility.

Both models support multiple intelligent viewing modes such as group view, speaker tracking, and grid view. They also offer scalable configurations that allow multiple units to be deployed within a single room setup, making them suitable for a wide range of collaboration spaces.

Logitech Rally Board 65

The Logitech Rally Board 65 is a 65-inch interactive display designed to support Google, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom environments. A key feature is its AI-enabled camera system, which is positioned at the bottom by default but can be repositioned to the top by flipping the display to optimize viewing angles for seated or standing participants. An optional mobile cart further enhances deployment flexibility across different room types.

Crestron AI Software Upgrade

Crestron announced an upcoming software upgrade that integrates user-selected AI directly into the conference room experience.

This enhancement enables users to scan and manage connected room devices through a touch panel interface, providing real-time troubleshooting, usage guidance, and system diagnostics. The AI can also execute actions such as rebooting devices, streamlining support and improving overall room reliability.

Yealink SmartVision 80

The Yealink SmartVision 80 is a four-lens intelligent camera system designed for large meeting spaces. It combines a PTZ camera with three additional electronic lenses to deliver full-room coverage.

With up to 20x optical zoom, the system captures clear, detailed views of participants regardless of distance. It also supports advanced tracking capabilities and multiple installation configurations, making it adaptable to a variety of room environments.

Shure IntelliMix Video Bar Pro

The new Shure IntelliMix Video Bar Pro delivers an all-in-one collaboration solution featuring intelligent camera tracking for both auto-framing and speaker detection.

Designed for seamless integration with Shure ceiling and table microphones, the device includes multiple network connections for simplified setup and onboard DSP processing, allowing for a clean installation directly at the display.

Neat Pad Pro Room Controller

The Neat Pad Pro is a 10-inch HD touchscreen device that functions as either an in-room meeting controller or an external scheduling display for Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.

It features built-in AI processing and dual microphones that enhance audio performance, providing echo cancellation, improved voice clarity, and support for more accurate AI-generated transcripts.

Q-SYS RoomSuite Collaboration Bar

Q-SYS introduced the RoomSuite Collaboration Bar, an all-in-one Windows-based solution designed to simplify deployment of standardized meeting rooms.

The system features a quad-camera array with 50-megapixel sensors, a 120-degree field of view, automatic privacy cover, built-in loudspeaker, and a 16-microphone beamforming array. It also supports Microsoft Teams environments with dual-display capabilities and expansion options for larger rooms.

Insta360 Connect Video Bar

The Insta360 Connect Video Bar leverages advanced AI and machine learning to enhance hybrid meetings through multimodal tracking that follows speakers using voice, facial, body, and lip recognition.

Additional features include AI Resolution+ for improved video clarity, Whiteboard Mode for automatic content enhancement, and adaptive noise cancellation to reduce echo and background distractions.

Innovative AV Products Across the Show Floor

Beyond AI-driven collaboration tools, InfoComm 2026 also featured a wide range of innovative AV solutions focused on performance, flexibility, and system integration.
