Our partner IT Solutions did a wonderful job co-hosting the event, and Logitech made sure we had all the technology we needed. Microsoft's location in Malvern is stunning, and we were grateful for the chance to host at such a nice venue. And of course, we can't forget our amazing guests! Presentations
During the event, we had a half hour time period of presentations, introducing IT Solutions and Profound Technologies to new clients and reviewing top Microsoft communication and collaboration solutions.
Kate Smith, VP of Customer Success at IT Solutions, discussed how communication continues to change over the years and how Microsoft Teams is a resource for keeping up with the ever-evolving world of collaboration. IT Solutions is a Microsoft Certified Managed Services Provider that provides customized and comprehensive IT services with Microsoft. Kate explained that technology is not one size fits all and that each organization has unique needs. In IT Solutions' new service model, they focus on tailored experiences according to the needs of their clients.
Profound Technologies COO Kevin Busza spoke about collaboration technology solutions, relationships with Logitech and Microsoft Teams, and Profound's local experience center where clients can demo conferencing solutions in-person or remotely. Kevin and Dan Shadow, Profound's Account Executive, also highlighted recent case studies where Profound provided easy-to-use meeting experiences through Logitech and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
Profound and IT Solutions have been partnering for over three years and have worked together on several projects. By combining their unique skill sets and services, they offer their clients comprehensive and turn-key collaboration solutions. Logitech Sight Demo
Through Profound Technologies' partnership with Logitech, they provided us with equipment and sales engineer support to demo one of their cutting-edge new devices: Logitech Sight. The Sight is a tabletop camera that captures individual frames for each participant around the conference room table. The AI-powered camera uses intelligent framing technology so that every meeting participant is equally seen and heard.

Exploring Microsoft Mesh
The event also showcased a Meta Quest 2, which integrates with Microsoft's new virtual reality meeting space, Microsoft Mesh. Mesh offers an intriguing new phase of work and collaboration where participants can use avatars and VR headsets to interact with each other in a virtual space.
Attendees were able to try the Meta Quest Headset to explore Mesh, or to play a VR game for a little extra fun!

Located in the suburbs of Philadelphia, the Microsoft Technology Center is a breathtaking space to host an event. Not only is the venue fresh and trendy, but it also showcases the innovative technology Microsoft provides for various industries.
