Custom solutions, on the other hand, require more involved design and engineering evaluation before we can provide a more precise budget, though we can still offer a general price range relatively quickly.

 

Large Rooms Tailored to Perfection

For larger rooms, pricing is not a one-size-fits-all. It depends on the all-in-one solution or customized systems with discrete components, which may require a more intricate installation process. Very large training rooms or auditoriums, for example, will most likely demand a semi-custom solution, at minimum. And there is no reliable way to estimate costs for custom-type rooms without evaluating the space and capturing the client’s needs and expectations, especially when dealing with audio challenges, video recording sight lines, and other use case-specific requirements.

However, if an all-in-one pre-engineered solution suits your large room, our pre-designed packages typically fall within the range of $25,000 to $30,000 which includes core AV equipment (think: rack, power, network), a touch panel, flat screen displays, mounting hardware, and professional installation. Small room upgrade packages usually fall in the range of $15,000 to $20,000, with huddle rooms coming in at approximately $10,000. 

 

With all pre-engineered solutions, costs could be driven by the quality and size of the displays, accessories such as additional microphones or a whiteboard camera, or a particularly challenging installation scenario.

Room information will be captured, along with photos and drawings of the space, to create a preliminary set of recommended equipment and a labor estimate. Upon approval to proceed, we will fine-tune the project details with a scheduled on-site visit, which is frequently referred to as a “site survey.”
