Here are some helpful troubleshooting steps from our technical team

First, make sure you are using a USB 3.0 port on your compute device (Intel NUC, etc.)

Next navigate to windows power options:
-Access Windows admin profile:
- Zoom: Windows Key 5 times; default password: zoom123
- Teams: Settings -> Windows Settings; default password : sfb


Control Panel -> (small icons) -> Power Options -> Edit Plan Settings -> Change Advanced Power Settings
-> USB Settings -> USB Suspend Settings ->DISABLE both options


Save all settings -> Log out of admin profile and sign back into user account
